The buyer or seller will contact us either by telephone, email or through our web site. They complete the Buyer / Seller Form online at our Buyer & Seller Info tab of our web site, or we can take the information over the phone.

Once we have verified all the information regarding your transaction with both parties, we request a 10% deposit of the purchase price from the buyer. The deposit is securely held in our Escrow / Trust account. When the funds are received, we begin the Transfer Process.

How does it work?

• Mexico Timeshare Transfer prepares all documents (transfer agreements, affidavits, owner authorizations, proof of ownership forms, etc.).
• We verify ownership through the resort and / or management company (owner name(s), size unit, type of ownership, Right to Use Period, etc.)
• We verify that the week is available and not "banked" with an Exchange Company
• We verify that there are no maintenance fees, late fees, special assessments, or other charges pending at the resort
• We manage the movement of properly completed documents to / from buyer / seller / resort to finalize your transaction
• Finally, we notify the buyer and seller that the transfer is complete and disburse the funds from the Escrow / Trust account.

And, we keep you informed as to our progress along the way.
