Congratulations on your timeshare resale transaction. Our staff is prepared to handle your transfer of ownership in an efficient and timely manner.

If you are the Buyer, we will need a 10% deposit of the purchase price to open your file and begin preparation of the documents. The deposit will be held safely in our escrow/trust account and will be credited toward the purchase price when the remainder of the funds are collected.

If you are the Seller, we need you to print a copy of our Owner Authorization Form so that we can verify the information you give us through your resort or management company. We will also need a copy of your Membership Ownership Certificate or whatever document you were provided with, that proves your ownership. You may fax those documents and the completed Owner Authorization Form to: (866) 539-7159.
